From Static Showcase to Intelligent Ecosystem: Revolutionizing User Engagement through AI Orchestration.
The modern digital vitrine demands more than just information; it requires intuition. Recognizing that traditional website structures often lead to low engagement and slow support cycles, I spearheaded the total reconstruction of the Dynavit digital experience. My primary objective was to move away from human-dependent support and static content, architecting a "Next-Gen Website" where every touchpoint is powered by real-time AI analysis. By placing Agentic AI at the core of the infrastructure, I engineered a system that understands intent and personalizes flows dynamically. The results were transformative: we achieved a 100% increase in average session duration (climbing from 2:40 to 5:20) and a significant +17 point jump in Net Promoter Score (NPS). This shift not only modernized our brand identity but also established a new industry benchmark, winning over 20 awards from prestigious platforms like Brandverse, Gigi, and Altın Örümcek. This project serves as a definitive case study on how a vision for an "AI-First" interface can radically enhance brand sentiment and operational efficiency.

Engineering Autonomy: Building a Responsive, Regulatory-Compliant AI Core.
The technical cornerstone of this project was the transition from a passive interface to an active, Agentic AI ecosystem. To achieve this, I architected a multi-layered infrastructure powered by Jetlink’s JetAgent platform, integrating both Chatbot and Chat-Voice capabilities as the primary touchpoints for user interaction. This wasn't merely about automation; it was about creating an autonomous agent that could access a knowledge base more comprehensive than any human operator, delivering sub-10-second response times and a 92% improvement in speed-to-answer. Parallel to the conversational layer, I implemented an LLM-driven content engine to scale our digital presence. By systematizing the production of over 5,000 unique assets—including articles, FAQs, and product descriptions—I ensured that our innovative identity was reflected in every corner of the site. A critical breakthrough in this process was "coding the regulation": I trained our LLM models on complex industry compliance rules, which reduced legal revision cycles by 66% (from 3 days to just 1). This synergy between behavioral analysis models and generative AI allowed us to provide hyper-personalized user flows, ensuring that every visitor’s journey was dictated by real-time intent and algorithmic precision.
